The 5th annual 24- hour party hosted by Swaziboy Entertainment at Café Mogambo attracted about 6 500 fun lovers, most of whom were South Africans. The organisers seemed to have done their homework well with attractive decorations in all the four dance floors, big screens and extra big sound systems. Back to the crowd, it seemed that fun lovers still haven’t learnt that in such an event, they have to arrive as early as possible to avoid problems at the door. On Thursday night, the queue at the gate was embarrassingly long and this was a few minutes before midnight. Some of the people, instead of blaming themselves for arriving late, started shouting expletives at the organisers saying Swaziboy should be boycotted for not organising the show well. Unlike last year, buying drinks was not that difficult this time around. On the dance floors, one couldn’t help but notice the stylish young people who came in their numbers dressed in mini skirts, mini dresses and shorts which proved to be popular and fit for such a groovy summer night. One thing that the organisers should be commended for is the availability of the four dance floors which allowed everyone to have fun without a stampede. However, as is the norm when he comes to Swaziland, Durban’s popular pintsized spinner DJ Tira proved that he is indeed a favourite with the fans. The minute his name was called, the fun lovers went wild and when he touched the decks, the situation became chaotic as the fans forced their way onto the stage, which made the organisers to bring in about four bodyguards just to calm the situation. Another dance floor which proved to be a hit was the Deep House Floor which had the house kings Black Coffee, Christos, Vinny Da Vinci and Culoe De Song amongst others. Swaziboy’s Shadow Zwane said everything went well
